Emily Rumbles

Acupuncturist & Naturopath
Dip Ac, Dip Nat, MBAcC, MANP, rGNC

Injury, stress, diet and lifestyle disrupt the natural harmony of our body, which can lead to physical and/or emotional symptoms. An acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of very fine (as thin as a strand of hair!), single-use sterile needles to activate acupuncture points on the body to restore the body to its natural state of equilibrium. Treatments are tailored uniquely to the individual, focusing on you – improving an overall state of wellbeing, as well as treating the underlying condition of the body and addressing any symptoms that may be bothering you.

Acupuncture is beneficial for a wide range of conditions including:

  • Stress & Anxiety
  • Fertility Problems
  • Hormonal Imbalances
  • IVF Support
  • Sleeping Problems / Insomnia
  • Fatigue & Exhaustion
  • Low Mood
  • Musculoskeletal Injuries & Pain
  • Digestive Problems
  • Headaches / Migraines
  • Hay Fever
  • Pregnancy Support
  • Menstrual Problems
  • Facial Rejuvenation & Skin Problems
