Beth Crivelli
Programme lead (Yoga)
In 2011, disenchanted by her fashion career, Beth decided to swap luxury rags for sweaty shorts to become a Bikram yoga teacher. She has been fully committed to teaching yoga full time since then. Throughout her years of teaching and practicing different styles of yoga, Beth realised the magnitude of what yoga truly is – a physical, spiritual and ethical practice. She has since trained in Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Prenatal yoga and taken a number of anatomy courses. As well as teaching yoga to the general public, Beth specialises in teaching bespoke private yoga sequences. She is also a fully qualified yoga therapist.
Throughout her years of teaching, Beth has come to realise the extent to which we all have different bodies and life experiences, making each individual unique. Yoga, in all its aspects, is a path to balance therefore Beth incorporates different asana sequences into my classes and include Sanskrit chanting, meditation, Nidra and breathing exercises. Yoga continuously challenges you, changes and shapes you in ways you will not believe. The practice of yoga is a harmonising self-study, which helps to align one with inner and outer peace, as well as the earth and all its inhabitants.
Letitia Wilkinson
Programme Lead (Movement)
Founder of Dynamic Body®, Letitia Wilkinson, has a deep understanding of the body in motion, as a professional Contemporary dancer, she has explored many movement methods including release techniques, Pilate’s, Feldenkrais, Klein technique and body conditioning.
These techniques informed and inspired the design of the Dynamic Body classes, integrating multiple movement methods to offer a unique class accessible to all levels. Functionality of movement is at the core of the classes, creating strong lean muscles that will support you in and out of the studio!

I believe what sets this training apart from others is the sense of heart that has gone into it - from the writing of the manuals, the planning of activities, the meditation and personal growth activities....Emily and Beth are a dream team and I felt constantly supported and carried through this training. I felt safe, I felt secure, which allowed me to abandon my fears and doubt and embrace it.
