Do you love yoga, but find it difficult to afford at the moment?If the answer is yes, then you might want to hear what we have to offer in Sadhana.

Our Helping Hands commit to at least eight hours per month supporting our studio, helping us with Marketing, IT and PR. They also lend a hand setting up before and after classes. In return they get to practise any of our yoga and movement classes for just £40 per month.

We are currently looking for dedicated people to join our Marketing Helping Hands Team. Receive a discounted monthly package in exchange for your marketing brain.
