Online Yoga Teacher Training: Yin Yoga Teacher
Yin yoga practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably in meditation by stretching the muscles around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. When combined with internal awareness and introspection, the practice of yin can also become a highly meditative tool to cultivate inner stillness.
This Yin program is a top up and only available to existing yoga teachers (any style of yoga) with 200hrs or more of training. This training will enable you to teach yin and is led by experienced, senior teachers and a guest instructor. Every aspect of our training is inspired by Sadhana’s core values of Community, Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Acceptance. We want to equip you with the tools to share the joy of Yin yoga with others and to deepen your connection to yourself.

The best vinyasa class I've ever been to. Relaxing, but unpretentious, with soul and humour. Really well paced and not much repetition so it was constantly challenging and interesting. I was one of the more beginner people there and there was a whole range of adaptations for me and for those more advanced. Beth was so warm and clearly a really expert, she adjusted or supported people very cleverly without disturbing the flow of the whole class. A real standout class for me.

I've been doing yoga for a week at Sadhana Live and I’ve never felt so good about myself. The instructors are very good at making you feel at ease even if you are a beginner. Highly recommend some yoga sessions here to calm down.

COVID19 NEWS
Due to UK national lockdown our London studios remain closed.
We plan to reopen in step 3 of the government roadmap.
Step 3 – not before 17 May
Social contact
As part of Step 3, no earlier than 17 May, the government will look to continue easing limits on seeing friends and family wherever possible, allowing people to decide on the appropriate level of risk for their circumstances.
Business and activities
Most businesses in all but the highest risk sectors will be able to reopen. In all sectors, COVID-Secure guidance will remain in place and businesses may not cater for groups bigger than the legal limits. Other indoor locations to open up in Step 3 include indoor entertainment venues such as cinemas and children’s play areas; the rest of the accommodation sector, including hotels, hostels and B&Bs; and indoor adult group sports and exercise classes.
The past year has been tough and now there is light at the end of the tunnel! We want to support our community’s mental and physical wellbeing while we adjust to the new normal.

Our Helping Hands commit to at least eight hours per month supporting our studio, helping us with Marketing, IT and PR. They also lend a hand setting up before and after classes. In return they get to practise any of our yoga and movement classes for just £40 per month.
