Learn new skills, work hard and have lots of fun with a series of workshops designed to kick-start your year in the best possible way.

Set to a banging soundtrack in a fun, inclusive and welcoming environment the workshops are open to absolutely everyone. Shake off the mid-winter blues and see what goals you want to achieve in the new year.

You’ll learn various mobility and yoga exercises to help you warm up, followed by a challenging and fun workout, targeting your core, strength and general fitness. Each session will finish with a thorough warm down leaving you ready for all the challenges that lay ahead.

The workshops are about having fun and enjoying who we are, doing what we do because it feels good and to show ourselves we can achieve anything we want.

Before the overindulgence of the holiday season completely takes over, sweat it out with a challenging workout on Sunday December 15th. Followed by a small social event after, it will be a great opportunity to celebrate together!

Every Sunday in January you’ll have the chance to come and work hard and have a few laughs with like-minded people. Blast your core, strength and fitness giving you an opportunity to see what you want to work on, as well as to acknowledge where you are.

About Alex:

Alex has been teaching Bikram yoga and HIIT classes for almost 10 years. He likes to train a wide variety of sports and physical activities, and has been fortunate enough to work with leading yogis, athletes and coaches in different fields. He likes to bring a simple, direct and fun approach to his teaching and firmly believes in working the body because it makes us feel good and in order to discover how much potential we truly have.
