COVID-19 Information

UPDATE: 04/120 We know all the difficulties this second lockdown will bring and we want to support our community’s mental and physical wellbeing through it. This is why we’ve decided to give FREE unlimited access to our online classes to EVERYBODY until the 3rd of December.

It’s as simple as that! YOGA ON US for the 4 weeks of lockdown.

That means free access to daily live classes and hundreds of on-demand classes from Sadhana Live.

If you are already signed up to Sadhana Live with an active membership, let us know and we’ll sort you out with a month on us.

If you are not currently subscribed, Sign up at, select ‘YOGA ON US’ and enter the coupon code ‘NOCARDDETAILS’ at the checkout. No hidden tricks, no card details requested.

This offer is there until the 2nd of December and is for EVERYONE: active members, non-active members, but also for everyone who wants to keep a healthy body and mind throughout this next month of staying at home.

So spread the word, forward this email! Invite your family, friends and colleagues. Tell the world. This offer extends to ABSOLUTELY everybody.

With MUCH love,

The Sadhana team

Thank you for joining us for class today, we are happy you can join us in the studio to practice. We are looking for our community to look after each other, and the best thing you can do to help is wash your hands.

All students, teachers, and staff are required to wash your hands first thing when you enter the studio. Please wash thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds.

Student Experience Changes:

  • Class capacity has been reduced by 30% to give everyone more space from their neighbours.
  • Students are encouraged to bring their own mats and towels from home.
  • Towels are required to cover all rented mats. You can bring your own from home, or rent regular towels for £1 or grip towels for £1.50.
  • There will be no props used for any classes, including weights for Sculpt. You are welcome to bring your own props from home, but teachers have been asked to modify their sequences so students can practice without them.
  • The cucumber water and herbal tea have temporarily been removed from the chillout area.
  • Teachers have been asked to refrain from hands on adjustments.

Students will soon be asked to clean their own mats after each class, rather than the teacher being responsible for it. We are in the process of installing paper roll dispensers in each studio, and there will be a station with mat cleaner spray bottles so that each student can spray their own mat. Please be cognisant of your neighbours who may still be enjoying a shavasana at the end of class when you are tidying your own space.

Thank you,

The Sadhana Team
